Through therapy we explore your inner resources and the challenges you are facing.
I offer support for grief, trauma, addictions, and events in your life that feel like too much to handle on your own. An ally and a witness to your journey, I use tools such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, visualizations, somatic awareness, relaxation training and grounding to help you to help you move through grief, trauma and anxiety and move towards healing and wholeness.

Anxiety
When stress and anxiety become habitual they can interfere with our sleeping, eating, physical health and relationships. Therapy can provide a supportive place to explore the roots of anxiety, to resolve underlying issues and conflicts and to provide relief and healing from the symptoms of stress and anxiety. |
Grief
Unprocessed grief from an overwhelming loss or from a lifetime of losses can lead to depression, numbness and shut down our ability to feel fully alive. In therapy we work together to create a space where you can feel and process the grief in a way that allows you to both reconnect with what you've lost and to have space in your life for what is present now. |
